In a quiet and scenic setting by a bay on the west side of Lofoten is this pleasant holiday home, 5 km west of Leknes. Great starting point for car trips, mountain walks on foot and fishing of salmon with rod from land. Boat rentals close by. 

The house was restored in 2010 and is located in an open landscape. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom with double bed in the first floor while in the loft there are 2 bedrooms one of which has a double bed and the other has a narrow double bed 1.20 m wide and a single bed. High speed free WIFI-internet and TV with special tuner for our German guests. Great views from the kitchen where you can enjoy the morning coffee and the view of the bay and the beautiful countryside outside. The area of ​​the house is sunny and child-friendly with a long-range shoreline. 

With its central location in the middle of Lofoten, the place is a great starting point for day trips by car around Lofoten. Here you can experience the Lofoten in all seasons, in the spring and summer when night is as bright as day, in the autumn during the dark with little daylight, and in winter with snow and the colorful northern lights dancing in the sky. Here you can walk along the idyllic sandy beach of Haukelandsstranda and enjoy the sound of the waves. The magnificent landscape at Utakleiv on the west side of Lofoten is also a wonderful experience. On stormy days, the large ocean waves are an impressive sight as they break the beach and mountains along land. And the fresh sea air is purification of body and soul. Excellent hiking trail goes up the mountain Offersøykammen and from here you have the most beautiful view of the big sea and the midnight sun. The house is located on a bay where there is good fishing opportunities for salmon. At high tide, water flows into the pollen and you can stand with the fishing rod along the shore 70 m from the house and fish in the tidal stream without having to pay a fishing license. 2.5 km to Nappstraumen which is known for its rich sea fishing. Boats and engines are rented out at Skreda. 5 km to Leknes with many shops, places to eat and airport.
